Discounts can be applied when entering a Visit.  The discounts can be a selected amount or percent of the visit.  When entering a Visit, and prior to clicking a Save button, you can enter the amount or percent below the Apply Discount button on the right of the screen.  Clcik the Apply Discount button and this discount will be entered in the Discount field and automatically applied when a Payment is made.
