In the EzyPAASS folder there is a dummy file called Dr email attach.pdf. Make up your fancy newsletter as a pdf file. Name it Dr email attach.pdf and place it in the EzyPAASS folder. There is already a dummy file with the same name in there so you should get a message like "Do you want to replace the file in the folder with the one you are putting in?" Answer Yes or Replace.
In Doctors search for the Doctors you want to send the newsletter to. In the email field make sure you have >"" (greater than sign followed by 2 quotation marks) only so that only Doctors who have an email will be sent the newsletter.
Click email and type in a subject and short message, e.g.. here is this month's newsletter, then click Send email. Your email with newsletter attachment will be sent to all Doctors in the list.
