Ezy Physiotherapy Accounts Assessment and Statistics Software

So far the Treament notification form / Managemnet plan for Victorian TAC and Workcover have been added to EzyPAASS.  Others will be added as requested.  What this means is that whatever information that can be added to the form by EzyPAASS is added eg Name, DOB, etc.  Also the other way any information that is added into the form will be automatically added into the appropriate section of the Assessment eg Date of Injury.  The form is then printed from within EzyPAASS.
