Email an account

To email an account instead of printing it.  Firstly make sure you have a practice letterhead pasted into the letterhead area of Admin / Personal Preferences / Alter.

1.  Enter the email address to send the account to in Patient Details / Payer email

2.  In Patient Details / Extra Details click the ‘email accounts’ box (enter your email if you want a bcc copy)

3. ‘Print' a Single account as usual from Patient Details or Visits Entry and it will be emailed instead of printed. This will remain the case until you deselect the ‘email accounts’ box in Patient Details / Extra Details
