Go to Main Menu / Items to enter an ‘Item’. An Item is a code which is used to enter Visit details e.g.. Initial Consult, Standard Consult, Strapping tape, back support, Ankle brace etc. You can make up any Item numbers you like but some standard Items are PI (Private Initial) and PS (Private Standard) and DVA PH10, PH20 and M (EPC) 10960.
