When entering a Payment discounts can also be applied.  The discouns can be per visit or on a percentage basis.  When entering a Payment and prior to clicking a Save button you can enter the amount or percent in the centre right of the Payment screen.  Click the Apply Disocunt button and this discount will be added to the Discount field and automatically applied to the payment.
