Appointment reminders
Sending appointment reminders is possible by both SMS and EMail from within EzyPAASS. Sending reminders via email does not cost while to send SMSs reminders you will need to buy bulk SMSs from someone like SMS Central. My advice is to send reminders via emai. Both are done in a very similar way. Instructions are already under EzyPAASS tips.
Auto Visit Discount
If you want a particular patient to have a special discount every time they are treated this can be entered in Patient Details / Extra Details. When a Visit is entered this discount will be entered automatically.
Entering Visits
When enetering a Patient Code for Visits as you type in more of the code a gradually more restricted list will appear. The date of the last visit of each of these patients is also displayed so it is easier to choose the code you need.
Messages on Accounts
For any message you would like on every account eg. Bank Details, Office hours, Away on holidays etc but got into Admin / Personal Preferences / Alter and put your message in the Account message box.
Your own letterhead
If you want to use your won letterhead (or if you want ot email accounts and receipts) then you will need to put your letterhead in Personal Preferences / Alter / Letterhead. This is what you do.
If you already have a pritned letterhead. You only want the letterhead part in PP so scan your account / open it with eg preview then take a screen shot of just the letterhead (Hold down Shift / option / 4). You will get a different cursor with a cross hair on it. Drag this to select just your letterhead. This should give you a ‘Screen shot’ on your desktop. Open this and copy and paste into the PP / Alter / Letterhead box
If you make up your own letterhead depending on the program you used wither copy and paste it into PP / Alter / Letterhead or use the screen shot option as above.
